Available AI Programs Designed Especially for Lenders:

The Uniform Appraisal Data Set from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (7 hours, On-site)
Do you realize that on Sept. 1, 2011, all single-unit, condominium and PUD loans that you sell to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, or have guaranteed by the Federal Housing Administration, or have ensured by the Department of Veterans Affairs must comply with the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD)? The UAD requires your appraiser to learn a new way to think when developing and reporting a residential appraisal assignment. And, lenders have to learn a new way to think in order to accurately interpret, understand and use UAD-compliant appraisal reports to effectively underwrite loans. The UAD entails learning new definitions for condition and quality, updating and remodeling, and many other relevant “standardized” responses.

Commercial Appraisal Engagement & Review for Bankers (4 or 7 hours, On-site)
Ideal for staff in financial institutions who order or review commercial appraisals, this seminar covers the latest terminology, changing regulations and proper procedures, and provides you with an overview of the relevant approaches to value.

A Lender’s Perspective: The Role of the Appraisal in the Lending Process (2-hour Webinar, On-site Q&A session)
This two-hour workshop will provide a great initial overview for many departments of a bank or financial lending institution. It will be especially helpful for audit, credit, compliance, quality control, quality assurance, and underwriting staff. After attending, they will have a familiarity with fundamental Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) concepts, including scope of work, updates, and appraiser independence.

Reviewing & Underwriting Residential Appraisal Reports for Lenders (7 hours On-site, Updated 4 or 7-hour On-site Coming Soon)
Especially written for the lending community, this seminar will assist the "intended user" of appraisal reports in understanding residential appraisal reports and more importantly, spot inconsistencies. After attending this seminar, underwriters and loan professionals will be able to distinguish between small mistakes that do no impact the value conclusion and "red flags" that could severely impact the loan collateralization. Because the new Fannie Mae URAR form is the most commonly used appraisal report, this program will also focus on a line-by-line discussion of the form.
