The Appraisal Institute is seeking students to complete online classes as a beta tester to assist us in gaining state approval for one of our new programs. You must have an appraisal license to enroll in these programs. Most of these programs assume that the student has already completed Basic Appraisal Principles and Basic Appraisal Procedures.
Submit the form below, including all required information (indicated with an asterisk).
We are currently accepting until the sessions are full.
In the seminar is a two-page review form to complete as you go through the class. The form relates your class experience and the amount of time the class took.
Be sure to send us the form when you finish the class to receive your completion certificate.
We are asking for your assistance in order to obtain state approval for these classes. You can not, therefore, receive any state credit for taking these classes. Appraisal Institute members will receive Appraisal Institute credit for the classes, but any licensed appraiser is eligible to be a beta tester.
Please complete the form below. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk (*).
