About the Authors
Randall Bell, MAI, specializes in real estate damage economics and strategy. Traveling extensively in his research of detrimental conditions and the impact they have on real estate values, he has written various specialized methodologies. Mr. Bell is also the author of Strategy 360: 10 Steps for Creating a Complete Game Plan for Business & Life, Disasters: Wasted Lives, Valuable Lessons, Home Owners Manual and Property Owners Manual of the Owners Manual series, as well as numerous articles published in various professional journals. Orell C. Anderson, MAI, is an appraiser and expert consultant with broad experience in valuation and diminution-in-value issues involving commercial, industrial, subdivision and vacant land properties as well as single- and multi-family residences.
